主辦單位收到報名表後，email告知需繳交之費用，費用由團長統一收取後繳交給主辦單位，將匯款完成證明回傳至igoa.taiwan@gmail.com以完成報名
After receiving the registration form, the organizer will email the group leader with the required payment details. The group leader should collect the fees from all participants and submit the total payment to the organizer. Please send the proof of payment to igoa.taiwan@gmail.com to complete the registration.
繳費完成後，如因個人因素取消，除不可抗力或附醫療證明外，恕不退費；若遇不可抗力因素（如疫情、天災），主辦方有權調整活動形式、延期或取消；參加資格及已繳費用不得轉讓給他人或抵用其他年度及活動，報名即表示參賽者同意本活動之所有規定。
Once payment is completed, cancellation due to personal reasons will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of force majeure or with valid medical proof. In the event of force majeure (such as a pandemic or natural disaster), the organizer reserves the right to adjust the event format, postpone, or cancel the event. Participation qualifications and paid fees are non-transferable and may not be credited toward future events. Submission of the registration form indicates that the participant agrees to all event regulations.

如需退費者，請於2026年3月15日前以email向主辦單位申請，將可獲得原繳交費用之80%的退款；惟2026年3月15日(含)之後恕不接受任何理由之退費要求；參加資格及已繳費用不得轉讓給他人或抵用其他年度及活動；以上退費辦法一體適用沒有例外，報名參加本次大賽活動者視同同意以上退費辦法。
You may apply for an 80% refund before March 15 , 2026. After this date, no refunds will be given. The fees are not transferrable between persons, events or years. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to this policy. By registering for this event you agree to these refund terms.
