源於對吉他音樂的熱情，米可吉他承襲日本新堀藝術學院的卓越傳統，致力於在台灣推廣吉他音樂，為無數音樂學子開闢一條發掘自我、展現才華的道路。多年來，透過邀請世界各地的演奏名家來台交流，我們成功地將吉他藝術的美好傳遞給更廣泛的聽眾，並在過程中見證了音樂作為跨文化橋樑的強大力量。
我們深信，音樂的魅力不僅在於獨奏的精湛，更在於重奏與合奏所創造的宏大共鳴。為此，我們創辦了「亞洲國際吉他交響樂藝術節」，旨在打造一個以吉他合奏文化為核心的國際交流平台。

Resonating Strings, Connecting the World
Born from a deep passion for guitar music, Miko Guitar carries forward the distinguished legacy of Japan’s International Niibori Music Academy, dedicated to promoting guitar culture in Taiwan and opening a path for countless young musicians to discover themselves and showcase their talent. Over the years, through inviting renowned guitar masters from around the world to share and exchange, we have successfully brought the beauty of guitar art to a wider audience, witnessing along the way the powerful role of music as a bridge between cultures.
We firmly believe that the charm of music lies not only in the brilliance of solo performance, but also in the magnificent resonance created through ensemble and orchestral collaboration. With this belief, we founded the Asian International Guitar Orchestra Festival, aiming to build an international platform centered on guitar ensemble culture.
This competition embraces the spirit of “Exchange, Innovation, and Resonance,” encouraging musicians from across the globe to ignite creativity through the intimate dialogue of ensembles and the majestic power of orchestral performance. We hope that through this event, musicians will discover the boundless possibilities of guitar ensemble through collaboration.
The significance of this grand event lies not only in identifying outstanding musical talent, but also in fostering the global connection and development of the guitar community. 「米可吉他」傳承自全球最大古典吉他教育機構-日本國際新堀藝術學院(Niibori)，由一群新銳演奏家組成，在團長趙柏群帶領下，運用擔任日本樂團首席的經驗，深耕台中吉他音樂教育。米可吉他有著無與倫比的熱情和專業，期望跳脫、打破傳統升學主義的禁錮思維，為學子們指引一條發掘自我的音樂之路，打造自我展現的舞台，讓他們更有自信、更加獨立，更能勇敢的挑戰自我，面對未來 。無論孩子們是否持續在音樂道路上發展 ，米可吉他的夢想音符會永遠陪伴他們成長，做孩子們永遠的後盾。近年來米可吉他更力邀各國吉他演奏家-Christian Rivet、Florian Pailer、Rene Izquierdo、Takeo Sato、日本女性四重奏Twinkle、寺田和之、福田進一、歐良山、楊雪霏、鄒世烈、方銘健、陳明虔、柯懿芳、柯懿芹、施宣煌等…，來台舉辦音樂會、大師班，希望將吉他的美好傳遞給人們。
Miko Guitar traces its roots to the world’s largest classical guitar education institution — the Niibori International Academy of Music in Japan. Formed by a group of emerging performers and led by Director Po-Chun Chao, who brings his experience as concertmaster of a Japanese ensemble, Miko Guitar is deeply committed to advancing guitar education in Taichung.
Driven by unparalleled passion and professionalism, Miko Guitar seeks to break free from the constraints of traditional exam-oriented education, guiding students to discover their own musical paths. The school provides a stage for self-expression, helping students grow in confidence, independence, and the courage to challenge themselves and embrace the future.
Whether or not they continue on a musical journey, the notes of Miko Guitar’s dreams will always accompany them, serving as a lifelong source of support.
In recent years, Miko Guitar has invited renowned guitarists from around the world — including Christian Rivet, Florian Pailer, Rene Izquierdo, Takeo Sato, the Japanese female quartet Twinkle, Kazuyuki Terada, Shin-ichi Fukuda, Ryozan O, Xuefei Yang, Shih-Lieh Tsou, Ming-Chien Fang, Ming-Chien Chen, Yi-Fang Ko, Yi-Chin Ko, and Hsuan-Huang Shih — to Taiwan for concerts and masterclasses, sharing the beauty of the guitar with audiences everywhere.
